Director of Education and Consulting Services
The successful candidate will possess:
- In-depth knowledge of qualified retirement plans, including all types of pre-approved plans and their submission requirements;
- Management responsibility and experience;
- B.A., M.S., or other equivalent college degree and Retirement Plan Industry Professional Designation;
- Excellent written and oral communication skills;
- Public speaking experience; and
- Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.
Primary responsibilities include:
- Managing the company’s continuing education programs, including public classes, in-house programs at client sites and web-based education, and presenting at same;
- Developing curricula and program materials for education program, including outlines and PowerPoint presentations, as applicable;
- Telephone support with clients on plan document and plan administration issues;
- Working as part of the company’s management team to develop new products and support existing product lines; and
- Reviewing and editing articles, commentary and charts drafted for the company’s web-site and newsletters.

Retirement Plan Consultant
The successful candidate will possess:
- Comprehensive knowledge of qualified retirement plans with emphasis on both basic plan concepts and current industry developments
- An understanding of prototype, volume submitter and individually designed plan documents and their submission requirements
- Excellent writing and oral communication skills
- The ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
- A bachelor's degree (professional designation a plus)
Primary responsibilities include:
- Research and drafting of articles, newsletters, commentary and PowerPoint presentations on qualified plan issues relating to current plan design concepts, statutory and regulatory required changes and future developments
- Telephone support with clients on plan document and plan administration issues
- Potential job growth to lecture at our public programs, on-site client programs, eSeminars — and to write articles for industry journals
