  • Legislative and Regulatory Update.
  • Document issues now that preapproved defined contribution plans are being restated onto EGTRRA documents. The interim amendment saga and what document amendments may be required and when.
  • Pension issues in current Congressional legislation and how
    that legislation and the IRS and DOL interpretative regulations will affect the way we design and administer plans.
  • 403(b) Update
  • How recent court decisions will impact administrators and fiduciaries
    who are responsible for the well-being of the plan.
  • A review of using the IRS Corrections Program, additional program changes are expected in a new Revenue Procedure to be issued in 2010.
