Prototype Plan Two-day Seminar

Why You Should Attend
During the Prototype Plan intensive two-day workshop, participants will review the approved EGTRRA version of the Defined Contribution prototype document. The document will reflect the changes made by EGTRRA and some subsequent guidance. Included will be language reflecting the final 401(k) Regulation as well as the Roth 401(k), automatic rollovers to IRAs, and other recent guidance. The program will address the major changes from the GUST-approved documents that have been available since late 2001.

Who Should Attend
Anyone actively working with document preparation, whether or not a McKay Hochman client.
