Individually Designed Plan Documents

For clients with unique situations, McKay Hochman creates individually designed plans for those instances when a Prototype Plan is not the right solution. Each plan is prepared with a Summary Plan Description. MHCO will also handle all IRS submissions and negotiations to obtain IRS approval of your plan.

If you already have an individually designed plan and need a Summary Plan Description (SPD) to accompany the document, we're equipped to prepare an SPD on an individual basis.
